Find the Pit Bull

Being Advocates for Rescued K-9's means we do not discriminate on breed and believe all breeds of dogs deserve a second chance at a great new home. The current stereotypes and negative press that have been attached to the "Pit Bulls" can make it extra difficult for these loyal and often misunderstood dogs to find homes. But knowledge is power! Here is a fun game to test if you know your "Pit Bull"

Lake Minnewashta Regional Park- Off Leash Dog Area in Chanhassen, MN. Acres of wooded trails, fenced, and water on site. Optional pond and also optional small dog area.

Kaposia Landing Off Leash Dog Park  in South St Paul, MN. Site of our very first adoption event. Completely fenced, pavilions for shade or rest, and it's easy to watch your dog in the wide open spaces!

Minneapolis: Lake of the Isles Pkwy Dog Park A smaller more private location with awesome trail access around the lakes!

The Animal Rescue Site is hosting a special challenge for eligible rescue groups. The grand prize is a $10,000 grant, and they will be awarding many other grants to rescue groups with the most votes — a total of $100,000 in grants for animal welfare organizations.
