This application is designed to help us learn a little about you and your family. We would like to discuss with you what, in our experience, might work or not work with a particular cat as it relates to your basic lifestyle or home environment.

We appreciate your assistance in making sure these wonderful animals and friends find the perfect new home. If the cat you apply for is determined to be a poor fit for your lifestyle we can direct you to other cats, both in our system and elsewhere, who are also looking for forever homes. Our cats are NOT typically housed in foster homes but can be located at the Richfield Petsmart Adoption Center if you would like to meet one of our cats prior to applying.

In order to be considered for an adoption, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household
• Have verifiable photo identification (Drivers License, ID card, etc)
• Have landlord’s consent to bring an animal onto your property
• Understand that we have the right to deny or accept your application at our discretion
• Agree to having all references checked and veterinary information verified

We appreciate complete information and thorough responses! A volunteer will review your application and as soon as the application is approved you can go to Petsmart, complete the adoption contract, and bring home your new cat!
