What We Do

We rescue, care for, and re-home dogs in need. The majority of our dogs come from overcrowded shelters where they are in danger of being euthanized. We are an all-breed rescue and will accept dogs of any breed into foster care. Some of our dogs come from unprepared owners that didn't understand the commitment involved in having a pet. All of our dogs live in foster homes until adoption, for as long as that may take. 

After locating and rescuing a dog, they receive quality veterinary care such as vaccinations, de-worming, and a spay/neuter, as well as treatment for any other medical issues that are found.

Adoption fees do not cover the care and maintenance that goes into each animal, but they certainly help offset some of the cost. We rely on donations from the public to help us continue to rescue. These donations can be monetary, food, leashes, toys, Frontline, and much more. New or used, we accept it all and put it to good use! 

We are a 501(c)3 which means all donations are tax deductible and you will be issued a receipt upon request.

Good with cats: Yes as long as they are VERY used to dogs

Good with kids: Yes! Loves her foster kids!

Jaylee is just about the happiest dog you will ever meet. She's extremely people oriented and loves attention from anyone! She currently lives fulltime with a foster dad who she has bonded with very closely and some foster cats that she loves to play with. She is frequently with children and "mostly" behaves but she will jump up and and playbite like a puppy when she's really excited so the energy of toddlers may not be the best for her. She's alo very strong and needs to work on her leash manners! She just gets SO excited to be outside! She knows how to kennel up and is crated while the family is away. She needs some good outside playtime during the day and lots of couch snuggles at night! She knows "sit", "kennel", and "off" and is a total people pleaser. Jaylee is up to date on all vaccinations. She has been spayed, heartworm tested negative, and de-wormed. She is currently on monthly Frontline and Heartguard.
